Early Girl Farm is the creation of a former chef with over 20 years of experience. The farm is a labor of love and was designed to meet the needs of chefs and home cooks alike who want to add local produce to their menu. Cooking and farming share similar principles. When the ingredients are natural, thoughtfully chosen and worked with loving hands the result is always delish!
At Early Girl Farm our ingredients are compost, minerals, seaweeds and cover crops which help us to build healthy, organic soil. We tend our plants by hand which allows us to conserve space and observe closely what is going on in the field. With extensive research we plant many heirloom varieties that "Got it going on!!" They will add outstanding flavor, magnificent color and texture to your plate.
