Who is the early girl? Patty Gentry has been a professional cook for over 20 years. She has had a rich and rewarding experience working under the tutelage of some of the best chefs, such as Anne Rosenzweig of Arcadia and The Lobster Club in NYC and Lydia Shire of Biba in Boston. She partnered with Gary and Isabelle MacGurn to open The Hampton Chutney Company in Soho, NY. She has also had the good fortune to work with Ben Schneider and Sohui Kim at The Good Fork in Red Hook Brooklyn and most recently at The Ross School in East Hampton, NY.

What does this mean to you? Patty?s years in the kitchen in many outstanding restaurants have made her neurotic about quality. She will never give you a product that is not 100% fresh and delish! She will always be honest about what is growing beautifully and what is struggling to find its beauty.
